Policies

Reservation and Booking:

  • All dinnerware rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

  • To secure your rental, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Rental Period:

    • The standard rental period is typically 24 to 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

    • Extended rental periods may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.

    Delivery and Pickup:

    • Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee if you are located further than 10 miles from our location.

    • Delivery and pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

    • The renter or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery and pickup locations to inspect the dinnerware.

    Care and Handling:

    • Renters are responsible for the proper care and handling of the rented dinnerware.

    • Dinnerware must be returned in the same condition as it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

    • Any damages, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be subject to additional charges.

    Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Dinnerware should be wiped off and placed back in the provided containers or racks for pickup.

    • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or dishwashers on rental dinnerware.

    Replacement and Damage Fees:

    • Renters are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged or lost dinnerware.

    • Damage fees will be assessed based on the item.

    • Replacement fees will be charged for any dinnerware that is not returned.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • To receive refund of the deposit you must cancel 7 days before the date of reservation

    Liability:

    • Cornerstone Vintage Dinnerware Rentals is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of rented dinnerware.

    • Renters are responsible for ensuring that all rented items are used safely and appropriately.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds may be issued for cancellations made seven days before date of reservation.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made past the seven days before the date of reservation.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • By renting dinnerware from our company, renters agree to abide by all rental policies, terms, and conditions outlined above.
